Return & Refund Policy for Kurti Sets

1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products.
- The product must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Return requests must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery.
- Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
- Customized or altered kurti sets cannot be returned.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear photos or videos of the issue via email for verification.

5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes a quality check.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

- Exchanges are subject to availability of size and stock.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
